This is it. I haven't RP'd at all on this site, and I need to cut down on some. Thirteen sites are technically "active" for me, and I just need to toss out some. I am not going to drop RPing. It's too great to drop altogether. So, I have posted a pending topic on the motherboard Naruto Reborn. Please, help me out.... I need to decide which sites to keep and drop....

Then, later, when this seal is thrown, it will explode into white smoke, and thousands of flammable wires will race out, covering the area of battle, with many many explosive tags attached to the wire. When the wires reach a hard surface (a human or the ground for example) they will penetrate through it and continue moving. When, after millions of wires have covered and penetrated anything that could be penetrated, the user can detonate the thousands of explosive tags, causing a foot-ball field size explosion, killing anyone in the blast. This can be potentially dangerous to the user as well, if they fail to evade the last explosion.

Also, If some one were to loose, or cause chakra to incricle them, or leave their body in any way, this jutsu will eat it and give it to its user.

When the four surrounding barrier tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the surrounding natural elements and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: The Mystical Fire Phoenix Technique is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Description: This is a high-speed assault move this allows the character to do multiple dodges and while dodging move towards the opponent once the opponent has been reached then the Tifa strikes them a multiple amount of times this move can disrupt chakra flow but it does not stop it only slows the flow down a bit making the opponent take more time to use a jutsu.
